The Afro Taco represents the beautiful intersection of African spices, Mexican techniques, and American innovation. From Food Truck to Fine Dining
What began as a beloved food truck serving the streets of New Jersey has evolved into OKO Fine Cuisine, a full-service restaurant that has captured the hearts and palates of food lovers across the region. The transition from wheels to a permanent home at 437 Main Street in West Orange represents more than just a change of location – it's the realization of a dream.
Chef Cliff's dedication to authentic flavors and innovative combinations earned recognition from NJ.com, naming OKO Fine Cuisine one of the top 21 restaurants in New Jersey and highlighting it as one of the best Black-owned restaurants to try in 2025.
